 Texan Tool is committed to providing fast, reliable, and transparent shipping for our customers. Please review the following shipping policies before placing your order.

         Shipping Coverage: Texan Tool ships throughout the contiguous United States (Lower 48 States).

         Shipping Rates: Texan Tool offers simple, transparent shipping rates for most orders shipped within the contiguous United States.

•        Orders totaling $199.00 or more qualify for FREE Standard Ground Shipping on eligible products.

•         Orders totaling less than $199.00 will be charged a flat-rate shipping fee of $12.99 for Standard Ground Shipping.

•         Customers may select expedited or priority shipping services during checkout for an additional charge.

•         Free shipping and flat-rate shipping offers apply only to products that can be shipped via standard ground parcel carriers.  

•        Oversized, overweight, freight-only, hazardous, palletized, manufacturer-direct, and certain special-order items may not qualify for free or flat-rate shipping programs.

•        Any additional freight charges will be communicated and approved by the customer before shipment. Texan Tool reserves the right to modify shipping promotions, shipping rates, and eligibility requirements without notice.

      Address Requirement: A physical street address is required for delivery of all orders. Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes, APO/ FPO addresses, or similar mailing addresses. Texan Tool reserves the right to contact customers to obtain a valid delivery address if an order is placed using an address that the selected carrier cannot service.

      Order Processing: Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Certain products may ship directly from manufacturers, distributors, or third-party warehouses and may require additional processing time. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Order processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

     Shipping Carriers: Texan Tool ships using a variety of carriers, including but not limited to:   

•        UPS

•        FedEx

•        USPS

•        Regional Parcel Carriers

•        LTL Freight Carriers Commercial

•        Freight Carriers

Carrier selection is based on product size, weight, destination, and service availability. Shipping Transit Times Estimated delivery dates represent transit time only and do not include order processing, packaging, supplier handling, manufacturer lead times, weather delays, or carrier service interruptions. Customers selecting expedited shipping services such as Next Day Air or 2-Day Shipping will receive priority processing whenever possible. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated. Texan Tool is not responsible for delays caused by:

•     Weather conditions

•     Natural disasters

•     Labor disputes

•     Carrier delays

•     Supply chain disruptions

•     Manufacturer back orders

Government actions to Events beyond Texan Tool's reasonable control

Shipping charges are non-refundable for such delays. Inventory Availability:

Texan Tool sources products from multiple manufacturers and distributors. Inventory levels displayed on the website may not always reflect real-time supplier inventory. All orders are subject to inventory verification and acceptance. If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, Texan Tool reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund or offer alternative solutions.

Shipping Promotions:

From time to time, Texan Tool may offer special shipping promotions. Shipping promotions generally apply only to products that:

•        Ship via standard ground service. Meet carrier size and weight limitations

•        Ship within the contiguous United States. Freight shipments, oversized items, palletized products, hazardous materials, and expedited shipments are generally excluded from shipping promotions.

•         For orders containing promotional products, bundled offers, or gifts, all qualifying items must be available before shipment. This may result in shipment delays until all qualifying items are in stock.

           Fraud Prevention & Order Verification: To protect customers and prevent fraudulent transactions, certain orders may be reviewed before shipment. Orders may be temporarily held for verification based on factors including, but not limited to:

•        High-order values

•        Billing and shipping address discrepancies

•        Multiple payment attempts

•        Unusual purchasing activity

•        3 Security screening results  

Texan Tool may request additional information before releasing an order for shipment.

           Freight Deliveries & Large Items: Many industrial, commercial, and professional-grade products sold by Texan Tool are too large, heavy, or bulky for standard parcel delivery. Examples may include:  

•        Tool Storage Systems

•        Generators

•        Air Compressors

•        Welders

•         Outdoor Power Equipment

•        Machinery

•        Commercial Equipment

Palletized Products

These items may require freight or LTL (Less Than Truckload) delivery. Free shipping promotions generally do not apply to freight shipments unless specifically stated.

         Commercial Freight Deliveries: Customers shipping to commercial locations should indicate whether a loading dock or forklift is available. If liftgate service is required but not selected during checkout, any additional carrier charges will be the customer's responsibility. Customers are responsible for accurately identifying commercial delivery locations. Additional charges assessed by the freight carrier due to incorrect address classification may be charged to the customer.

          Residential Freight Deliveries: Freight carriers typically charge additional fees for deliveries to residential addresses. Residential freight deliveries are generally made to the curb, driveway entrance, or nearest accessible location as determined by the carrier. The customer is responsible for unloading, moving, and securing the shipment after delivery.

Texan Tool is not responsible for shipments that cannot be unloaded due to site conditions, lack of equipment, or insufficient personnel. Additional delivery attempts, storage fees, redelivery charges, and special handling fees imposed by the carrier are the customer's responsibility.

              Freight Inspection & Damage Claims: Customers must inspect all freight shipments before signing the carrier's delivery receipt. If visible damage is present:

•        Note all damage on the delivery receipt.

•        Take photographs of the packaging and product.

•         Notify Texan Tool immediately. Failure to note visible freight damage at the time of delivery may affect the ability to file a successful freight claim. All shipping damage, shortages, incorrect items, or delivery discrepancies must be reported to Texan Tool within three (3) business days of delivery. Claims reported after this period may not be eligible for reimbursement, replacement, or carrier claims processing.

              Shipping Restrictions: Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions due to:

Manufacturer agreements

•        Carrier limitations

•        State or local regulations

•        Hazardous material regulations.

 Texan Tool reserves the right to cancel or modify orders that cannot legally or safely be shipped to the requested destination. Special-Order Products: Special-order and custom-order products may require extended lead times. They may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange once the order has been placed with the manufacturer or supplier. Customers will be notified of any known lead times as soon as they become available.

               Shipping Notice: While Texan Tool makes every effort to accurately classify products for shipping, certain items may require freight shipment due to size, weight, packaging requirements, manufacturer restrictions, or risk of damage during transit. If additional shipping requirements or charges become necessary, Texan Tool will contact the customer for approval before processing the shipment. Texan Tool reserves the right to modify shipping methods when necessary to ensure safe, secure, and efficient delivery.

Refund Policy

Inspect Your Order Upon Delivery

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery.

For freight shipments, customers must thoroughly inspect all packages, pallets, and products before signing the delivery receipt. If visible damage is present, note the damage on the carrier's delivery receipt and take photographs whenever possible.

Failure to note freight damage at the time of delivery may limit or eliminate the carrier's ability to honor damage claims.

Any damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items must be reported to TexanTool within three (3) business days of delivery. Claims reported after this period may not be eligible for replacement, refund, or carrier reimbursement.

To report an issue, please contact TexanTool Customer Service and provide photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label when applicable.

Return Eligibility

Most new and unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, products must:

  • Be unused and in original condition
  • Include all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and documentation
  • Be free from installation, assembly, modification, or signs of use
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

TexanTool reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these requirements.

Restocking Fees

Returned merchandise may be subject to the following restocking fees:

  • Up to 15% for items returned in opened packaging or not in original resalable condition.
  • Up to 50% for returns requested after the standard return period.
  • Certain manufacturers may impose additional restocking fees for oversized, special-order, freight, or drop-shipped products.

Any applicable restocking fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return unless received damaged or defective:

  • Special-order or custom-built products
  • Products manufactured or modified to customer specifications
  • Clearance, closeout, or final-sale items
  • Gas-powered equipment once fuel or oil has been added
  • Electrical components that have been installed
  • Drain cleaning equipment
  • Hazardous materials
  • Software, digital products, or downloadable content
  • Opened personal safety equipment (PPE)
  • Batteries designated as non-returnable by the manufacturer
  • Products shipped outside the United States through freight forwarding services

Manufacturer warranty coverage may become void if products are exported outside the United States.

Freight Forwarding & International Shipments

Orders shipped to freight forwarding companies or exported outside the United States are generally not eligible for return, replacement, or warranty support unless otherwise stated by the manufacturer.

Customers assume responsibility for any damage or loss occurring after delivery to the freight forwarder's facility.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 7–10 business days for processing.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of:

  • Shipping damage
  • Manufacturer defect
  • Incorrect product shipped by TexanTool

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping expenses unless the return is due to: 

  • Shipping damage
  • Manufacturer defect
  • Incorrect item shipped by TexanTool

TexanTool recommends using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. TexanTool is not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.

Product Images & Descriptions

Product images, specifications, and descriptions displayed on TexanTool.com are provided by manufacturers and distributors and may occasionally differ from the actual product received.

Customers should review the complete product description, specifications, and included components before placing an order. TexanTool is not responsible for manufacturer changes to packaging, appearance, or product specifications.

Exchanges

TexanTool does not offer direct product exchanges.

If you wish to purchase a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order through our website.

Return Authorization Required

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by TexanTool prior to shipment.

Returns received without an authorized RMA may be refused and returned to the sender at the sender's expense.

To request a return authorization, please contact TexanTool Customer Service before returning any merchandise.
