TexanTool Return & Refund Policy

Inspect Your Order Upon Delivery

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery.

For freight shipments, customers must thoroughly inspect all packages, pallets, and products before signing the delivery receipt. If visible damage is present, note the damage on the carrier's delivery receipt and take photographs whenever possible.

Failure to note freight damage at the time of delivery may limit or eliminate the carrier's ability to honor damage claims.

Any damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items must be reported to TexanTool within three (3) business days of delivery. Claims reported after this period may not be eligible for replacement, refund, or carrier reimbursement.

To report an issue, please contact TexanTool Customer Service and provide photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label when applicable.

Return Eligibility

Most new and unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, products must:

  • Be unused and in original condition
  • Include all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and documentation
  • Be free from installation, assembly, modification, or signs of use
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

TexanTool reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these requirements.

Restocking Fees

Returned merchandise may be subject to the following restocking fees:

  • Up to 15% for items returned in opened packaging or not in original resalable condition.
  • Up to 50% for returns requested after the standard return period.
  • Certain manufacturers may impose additional restocking fees for oversized, special-order, freight, or drop-shipped products.

Any applicable restocking fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return unless received damaged or defective:

  • Special-order or custom-built products
  • Products manufactured or modified to customer specifications
  • Clearance, closeout, or final-sale items
  • Gas-powered equipment once fuel or oil has been added
  • Electrical components that have been installed
  • Drain cleaning equipment
  • Hazardous materials
  • Software, digital products, or downloadable content
  • Opened personal safety equipment (PPE)
  • Batteries designated as non-returnable by the manufacturer
  • Products shipped outside the United States through freight forwarding services

Manufacturer warranty coverage may become void if products are exported outside the United States.

Freight Forwarding & International Shipments

Orders shipped to freight forwarding companies or exported outside the United States are generally not eligible for return, replacement, or warranty support unless otherwise stated by the manufacturer.

Customers assume responsibility for any damage or loss occurring after delivery to the freight forwarder's facility.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 7–10 business days for processing.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of:

  • Shipping damage
  • Manufacturer defect
  • Incorrect product shipped by TexanTool

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping expenses unless the return is due to: 

  • Shipping damage
  • Manufacturer defect
  • Incorrect item shipped by TexanTool

TexanTool recommends using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. TexanTool is not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.

Product Images & Descriptions

Product images, specifications, and descriptions displayed on TexanTool.com are provided by manufacturers and distributors and may occasionally differ from the actual product received.

Customers should review the complete product description, specifications, and included components before placing an order. TexanTool is not responsible for manufacturer changes to packaging, appearance, or product specifications.

Exchanges

TexanTool does not offer direct product exchanges.

If you wish to purchase a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order through our website.

Return Authorization Required

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by TexanTool prior to shipment.

Returns received without an authorized RMA may be refused and returned to the sender at the sender's expense.

To request a return authorization, please contact TexanTool Customer Service before returning any merchandise.
