The MILWAUKEE® Ceramic+ metal grinding wheels are designed to deliver the fastest material removal and unmatched productivity in metal and stainless steel applications. The Ceramic+ line of wheels is equipped with self-sharpening, shaped ceramic grain, resulting in 2X faster material removal ‐ increasing your overall productivity on the job. Our shaped ceramic grain will continuously form new, sharp peaks within the grains to maintain performance and result in less effort required to complete your application ‐ saving time and energy. The innovative bonding process and wheel formula are optimized for uniform grain release throughout the wheel's lifespan, resulting in a longer-lasting performance than competitive ceramic wheels. These Ceramic+ grinding wheels deliver cleaner finishes and help reduce vibration while grinding. Manufactured with 3 full sheets of high-strength fiberglass reinforcement and a uniform grain concentration, these wheels are engineered for durability. Our grinding wheels offer exceptional versatility to grind carbon steel, stainless, and nickel-based alloys in materials like steel, angle iron, pipe, rebar, and other ferrous metals.
